You can buy fabric paint and it comes in the glow in the dark colors.......We used this for a mummy costume one halloween....make sure you let the painted shoes sit under some type of light so it can absorb it and will make it glow at night...........the brighter the lighter the better!
What kind of glow in the dark paint should i use on canvas shoes?
Yellow and Green show up the best, followed by hot pink and orange. ( : That sounds like fun!
