I need some good tips on how to use ballet pointe shoes!!?

I am a ballerina, and I have been in ballet since I was 4 I am now 13,help please!

I need some good tips on how to use ballet pointe shoes!!?
If you are not studying pointe with your ballet teacher, you should not be doing it at all. You could damage your feet and get seriously injured if you attempt pointe work without proper instruction.

If your teacher has not yet told you that you can go on pointe, ask her what you can do to improve so that you can. Pointe work is extremely hard and requires a good deal of strength and technique to do safely. You do not want to attempt it on your own (as tempting as it is!).
Reply:If you don't know, something tells me your teacher hasn't told you to buy them...in which case, don't wear them, either.
Reply:Um, I kind of don't get your question - but I'll try!

When you use pointe shoes dancing is a lot harder than it is in normal ballet shoes. It can also be painful! So be sure to pad your pointe shoes. (I use an all gel pad, but my friend uses lambs wool.) Be sure not to pad your shoes too much, or else your feet will not develop the calluses needed to go on your toes and dance properly. Pointe shoes can get sweaty, so ALWAYS KEEP THEM IN THE AIR. Don't just shove them in a closed off bag. By a small mesh bag for the best results. I hope this helped, and good luck!
Reply:i do pointe but isn't this a question for your teacherr?
Reply:i dont really get what your asking

  1. Not all the secondhand shoes that they sell online are ugly. Some seller has a used but good quality shoes. Just like the one that I found in Boex website here: http://www.boex.tv/ they have the best and good quality shoes.
