Whats the best shoes/sneakers to use for plantar facittis?

I have a pair of New Balance801's and orthotics, my arches are very high. What are other good;stable shoes?

Whats the best shoes/sneakers to use for plantar facittis?
it is NOT a matter of "trial and error," but rather a matter of a good fit. 1.) if u have high arches that means that your feet are neutral--you do not pronate. 2.) for plantar fascitis, moderately cushioned shoes are best as well as inserting a heel cup into the heel area of the shoe.

based on these conditions, i highly recommend the asics kinsei, asics nimbus 9, mizuno nirvana, or the nb 1061.

the shoe you are running in now is a trail running shoe. never run all of your runs in a trail shoe; only wear them when you are running on rocky or unstable terrain. trail shoes are MUCH heavier than normal running shoes, which hinders speed and puts more stress on the plantar fascia muscle.

please buy different shoes today.
Reply:It's a matter of trial and error. I buy different shoes and end up giving them away. Great question!
