Okay i run to work everyday and go to the gym a few times a week, i also use the same shoes for work, im a cashier and i pretty much stand in one place all day long, so im looking for some comfortable shoes that will be good for both running and standing still, which are the best? im looking to spend less than $100
the 2 suggestions ive heard were Nike Turbulence and Nike Zoom but im not sure which would be better....

Reply:Aaaactually, IMHO you want a running shoe for the run to work, followed by a change to a standing shoe (complete with fresh socks) for work.
Running shoes and work/standing shoes are designed for totally different purposes and offer different types of support in different locations. Neither is really appropriate for the other. It will also help prevent your feet from starting to stink.
