What kind of paint can i use for shoes? you know, the kind that does not wear off?

i want to costumize my advan slip-ons. they are made of cloth and rubber, not leather.





of course, i just want to paint the cloth part.

Fabric paint. Use fabric paint or if you already have water-based acrylic paint on hand that will probably work too.
