What kind of paint can i use for shoes? you know, the kind that does not wear off?

i want to costumize my advan slip-ons. they are made of cloth and rubber, not leather.





of course, i just want to paint the cloth part.

You can get paint specific to fabrics. Fabric paints can be found at almost any crafts store. I used fabric paints to create designs for Tshirts and they have not worn off at all. They really stay on!! :)
