Ladies, how important are shoes?

Do you check are shoes out? Do you use are shoes as one piece in the puzzle to make your decision about us?

Ladies, how important are shoes?
I don't use shoes as a way to help me decide if I should date that particular guy or not. I look at overall appearance and personal hygiene. I like guys who take a bath, are well groomed, and take very good care of their physical appearance. If a guy takes his time to make himself look good on his physical appearance, he's telling me that the takes very good care of himself. Shoes are not that important.

Reply:I used to think that I'd end up with a guy who really dressed well, but the guy that I'm with now really only wears jeans and sweatshirts (I really prefer a clean-cut look), but that makes the times he dresses up more special.


My boyfriend wears these pretty ugly tennis shoes, but I fell for him anyway. We women are pretty tough to figure out sometimes.

i really don't care but i really don't like to see guys with sandal's for some reason i mean if i like someone i am not gonna stop liking him for the shoes he wears but for a first impression they do count

I do have to say that I do pay somewhat attention to a man's shoes. Because of a couple of reason's.


Sometimes, and I do say Sometimes. You can tell if a man is single by his new kick's. lol If his tennis shoes is up to date, and he's in with some of the fashion. It explains he has an eye for detail, and can afford to buy them.


Sometimes, and I do say Somtimes. If the shoes aren't up-dated.. and the man is wearing his lawn cutting shoes to the bar. That send's the message...hello.. I'm taken...cause my money goes to important things like family, and bills etc.


I feel that shoes sometimes can send a message. But it's not a way to determine if you want to be with that individual.

as long as the guy is sweet and funny and cute! he is just fine no matter what brand of clothes or shoes he wears

Reply:Definitely! Shoes say alot about a person - I never dated anyone who wore high top sneakers or tennis shoes, bc to me, they just didn't have their act together and they were immature. I think style is more important than what brand they were - just looking 'put together'.
Reply:Yes we do. It just gives us and idea of the guy. If he pays attention to the little things then he will to the big things as well.
